Charity, I'm sorry you're struggling right now. I know how you feel. Somedays it's a struggle to do what you know you should. But look at you're ticker. You've done awesome! You're more than 2/3rds of the way to goal!! You can't give up now. By the way, how did you're 5K go? Did you beat you're last time? You're my inspiration. One of these days, I'm going to run a 5K!

Hope everyone is doing well.

Today's weigh in showed a loss of 2 pounds....I'm happy, but I know I can do better! That two pounds was over two weeks (we were at the lake last weekend), so I need to get back to basics. This morning at my meeting the leader asked us all "what did you do during your first week of WW that you're not doing now?" Made me stop and think, and like I said, I think I need to revisit the basics. In doing so, I plan to scream past my Memorial Day goal!

Great loss Kelly! Keep it up!

Thanks for the support Crazynette! My 5K was awesome! My official time was 34:59, so I beat my last time by almost 3 minutes! I wanted to do it under 35 minutes, so I barely made my goal!

I hope you all had a great weekend! Keep up the good work!

That's a really good time Charity!! I'm glad you made your goal!!! One of these days I'm going to start training for a 5K! At least that's what I keep telling myself.

So I lost 1 lb this week, not great, but okay! The most exciting part of this pound is that it puts me over halfway to my goal!!! But I'm thinking of changing my goal to 130, in which case I still have a few pounds to go, but as of right now, I'm halfway to goal!!!

Hey everyone! Congrats on the loss crazynette! I am doing horribly! It is TOM and I am up a few pounds! I am committed to getting back on track today though, so I hope I can get some of this off by my weigh in on Saturday!

Have a great day everyone!

Quiet around here!

So I did well with WI this week. I'm down 2 lbs. So I'm happy about that. I don't know if I'll make my challenge goal, but at least I'm closer than when I started!

Have a great day!

Ohhh, trying to catch up on the threads since I was away last weekend and most of the week.

I weighed in yesterday and hit my Spring Challenge goal of 15 pounds lost. I was so excited! After looking at all the numbers I realized that I'm 16 pounds from my WW goal, so that is my new ticker....counting down to my goal weight. So hard to believe that less than a year ago I was overwhelmed at the prospect of needing to lose 100+ pounds, and now the target is within sight. I'm hoping, oh so badly hoping, that I'll hit that goal weight by Labor Day! Even better, if I could manage to do it by August 8th which is my one year anniversary of the day I started with WW, or by August 14th which is the day we start back to school. I'd love to start the new school year and be able to tell the other teachers that I'm at my goal weight! WOO HOO!!!! Now I realize that my WW goal is about 10 pounds heavier than my own personal goal, but I can still continue working towards that even after I've met my goal according to WW. This summer is full of promise, it's still hard to believe!

Kelly congrats on reaching your goal!!! I love watching your ticker. You've done so awesome! I think that you'll have no problem reaching your goal by the start of school, or if you're not at goal, you're going to be really close. Congrats!!!

Thanks, Crazynette! Who would've thought that after 10 months I'd still be looking forward to hopping on that scale each week?!

Ick...today's weigh in showed a gain of .4! Ah, well, such is life....I'm sure the teriyaki chicken I had for dinner last night was part of the problem. I believe the points were ok, but I'm sure the sodium content messed with the scale a bit this morning. As my DD15 would say, just suck it up and get on with it! Hope everyone else has a good weigh in this week!

BecomingFit, I've done flex since the beginning last August, and it has worked very well for me!

Thank you Kelly, I was just worried flex didn't work as well as core.
