I've had kale with cinnamon and splenda, but i sprinkled the splenda after they were baked. I've also dried(dehydrater) kale with splenda and cinnamon. Both were delicious.

Just as a note, it takes aprox 100 g of carbs to knock most people out of ketosis. Dont beat yourself up over it, just get right back on program tomorrow. You'll be fine!

I didnt realize that it was 1oz of skim milk, because my coach sucks, i had been using Half and Half almost the whole time. So when i found out it was only supposed to be skim, i didnt really worry...

I've had parmasan cheese since week 2, i never drink my 1 oz of allowed milk, so i find it to be the equivalent. Also, kraft non fat shredded mozzeralla has no fat, less than one carb and no sugars....
