Oh I know what I’ll be trying! I do this with the tomato soup and egg whites, its fluffy like bread! Some days I like the texture some days I hate it, I have a strange thing about textures and food

Today I took the potatoe puree and baked it with lean ground beef, that i cooked with about a 1/4 of a teaspoon of the tomato soup packet, cayanne, garlic powder, onion pwder and cumin. It came out like sheppard's pie. Very very good. Im trying to figure out a veggie i could use in it to simulate the peas and the corn. Any ideas?

I just made the potato puree into a tortilla/pancake for the first time and all I have to say is YUM. I made it in a fry pan with olive oil. It was sort of thick but tasted great. I grilled hamburgers for dinner and decided to put it on top of the pancake. It really almost tasted like potato bread. I think had I left it in the olive oil longer to fry a bit more and get a little browner it would have been like a potato pancake.

I just tried this today per directions and could not even eat it. Maybe one of these will be better

For those of you adding it to your protein..for instance the ground beef..are you reducing the amount of ground beef from 8 ounces or are you just not having a packet late in the evening as a snack?

There's more than one potato puree? The one my coach sells is restricted.

I think there is only one version of Potato Puree. It is unrestricted at my clinic.

Yesterday i did that for lunch and used only 2 oz of meat, my coach told me i could split my protein between lunch and dinner. So, sometimes i do that, especially if i know im going to be at work late.

If i do it for dinner, then i dont have a snack at night and i dont alter the protein. Unless of course i've had protein for lunch too.

ON another note. Today i mixed the rest of my tomato basil soup mix(1 tsp at the most was left) with the potato puree packet. Dropped in one egg, 1/4tsp of brewers nutritional yeast, some rosemary, garlic and 1.5 oz of water. Rolled up the mixture like GNOCCHI's and boiled them for 3 minutes....IT WAS LIKE HEAVEN!

I chop up 1 1/2 cups of broccoli, 1/2 cup of onion, mix it into the potato puree (prepared), then cook on the griddle with pam. Makes 3
pancakes, yummy!
