Patzi,
here's the nutritional info for Bari Wise drinks. if anyone has the MRC nutritional info for their clear HNSs, please post. i have never bought them but can check w/ a friend. she had compared Protidiet products to MRC and said they were the same. (i buy the large container of Protidiet Pink Lemonade and Syntax Nectar Orange) and don't buy the individual packets. if you buy the box w/ 7 servings, they are 5 for $55 at the center and $10.99/box from Diet Direct or Nashua. they do have sales $1.00 off sometimes...

i should watch it more! used to watch it. i dress out of the box as my customers tell me - the funkier the better! i wear alot of black and one of my coworkers told me one time she was going to submit my name to that show...i look over and she had these granny clothes on (she's 29) and scuffed brown boots...i was like Really? LOL! i would never tell someone that but it just made me wear even funkier stuff just to get her goat! haha my big purchase last year was suede over the knee boots - hoochy mama boots! i love them but they are **** to get off. my DH has to pull them off for me!

I actually bought protein powder (one of the bodybuilder kinds) at Walmart for if I need more than 2 HNS's per day...much cheaper and I like the flavor (chocolate peanut butter). It has the same nutritional info for a 1/2 scoop and costs about $.50 per serving versus almost $1.50 per serving of the MRC stuff. I like the MRC stuff, but my budget doesn't

Body Fortess Super Advanced Whey Protein ($14.97 for a container) I also saw they had a cookies and cream flavor. Maybe next time I'll get that.

I also like the Whey Protein Plus Elite Series (that one is like $18)...chocolate flavor or vanilla flavor.

Protein powders vary a lot so you have to watch them. (nutritional content)

I also use the body fortress protein powder from Walmart. I like the vanilla. I mix crystal light with it if I want a different flavor. Vanilla is the only flavor that I have tried because I don't like chocolate. My husband thinks I'm crazy for that one.

nwcgina, thanks a million for the info. I will try one out and see what happens. Also on peanut butter. I found a lady who uses powdered PB. It tastes like peanut butter ans she too was a huge pb fan. A lot less calories and probably no fat. But she sya you mix it with water.

some of my friends love to go to thrift shops and get some good finds when they are between sizes or just like to shop bargains. new clothes are great rewards and motivating too to get to a smaller size. i'm just getting into clothes i haven't been able to wear for a year so am excited about "shopping" in my own closets for now :-) seriously, i think i have 3 different sizes going on in the closet!! so i even have stuff to wear when i get more weight off!

So you can tell by the nutrition facts on the body fortress, you use a little under the full scoop to be at the same 70 calories equal to an HNS. The chocolate PB I have is 130 calories per scoop, so I use just over 1/2 a scoop with about 4 oz of water (I like it strong).
