I wasn't hungry twice last week and I didn't eat.... my consultant didn't like that, but I told her that I just don't eat if I'm not hungry. Drinking all this water and the HNS' make me feel full. Besides, I'm not drinking beer or anything, so I don't feel the need to stuff my face. And I ended up losing. I know I have to eat, but sometimes, I just don't feel like dinner.
I joined MRC Jan 8. I was very skeptical about weight loss since it's always been such a struggle. I hate how it's so easy to gain the weight, but so hard to lose it. It's been over 6 years since I've had true weight loss. So far I'm doing well. I've lost 33 pounds and am only 39 away from my initial goal. Wow!
Well, last day of March and so far I have lost 85.8 pounds! Today I ended up losing 1.4 and I was happy with that. 4 more weeks and I start stabilization!

I would have skipped dinner tonight if I had eaten lunch. I just finished that now (11:30). My hubby has been working night shifts, so breakfast was around 11am, lunch 4:30 and now dinner. I think the constant schedule changes is really messing with my system.

I was told today that they expect you to continue to loose around 5 lbs during stabilization if you stick to it 100%. They don't want me to be below the 127 at all. According to my TANITA my healthy range is 126-140ish. I understand where they are coming from, but I would like a little wiggle room. I know my weight will go up and down when I start adding foods back in.
I took the paperwork and I will start it as soon as it is ready. Hubby comes home this weekend and we are working on trying to get my son into the Mayo clinic. Things are just a little crazy around here and I'm not ready to start making changes yet.
Do what you're comfortable with. I agree that making changes while things are already kinda crazy in your life could be setting yourself up for failure. I lost about 7lbs during stabilization, but didn't gain any back until later. On the other hand, don't be afraid of stabilization - it's really nice and slow and your body adjusts well. Hang in there! Is your son ok?
