Lizzie .... Don't worry, remember, if you can just hang in there for 3 days, the cravings all go away again. I have to tell myself that OVER and OVER and OVER -- I'm a slow learner. But seriously, after I go off program and feel so bad and guilty about it, I just have to convince myself --- 3 days, it just takes 3 days to get going!!

I always look at a plateau as your body's way of catching up with the strange thing that's happening to it -- and it's very stubborn sometimes, but with persistence, your body always gives in at some point!!
I went on a bit of a bender Sunday night, but I just needed to have fun and relax. I didn't cheat as far as what I was eating, but I'm sure the lemonade vodka I was taking shots of isn't exactly going to be doing wonders for me. I've been chugging water to try and even it all out, but we'll see what damage I've done when I weigh in tonight... Here's hoping I at least hit my -30 lb mark.
I started the program 1/15/10. I decided I just wanted to see how the diet and HNS worked without any extra supplements. I'm excited by the results. I weighed in this morning and got my 20 lb rock and signed the board. That feels pretty great!

I was feeling kind of down, since the weight isn't coming off like I would like it to...I had a WI today and still only .5 down (it was a bad week), for a total of 12# in 30 days, but I'm down 25.5 inches! They also did the BC today and I've had a 4# fat loss and no muscle mass loss.
I can definitely tell in the way my clothes fit, but I'd REALLY like the scale to show more...we are just never happy, are we?
I weighed in yesterday and I'm down to 194 from 201. 7 lbs lost in 2 weeks works for me! (one wk of pre-conditioning + days 1-7 on MetaSlim) It is a little frustrating that at home, in the a.m. before clothes or eating, I weigh a few lbs less, but that doesn't 'officially' count ... but I'm not about to complain!
My body is already looking a lot better and clothes are looser. I started tanning a little too, since that makes fat look slimmer/healthier and I find it motivating.

Lola .... I've never used the supplements either and it didn't make any difference for me the first time, and this time either. The only thing that doesn't work for me, is when I eat off program!! (LOL)
I WI today and down another 3lbs, that's a total loss of 17.5 pounds!! Since I'm not resigning my contract my gal gave me the maintenance menu. I've been following the program since December 27th and she said to keep doing what I'm doing. So, I'll be doing the program solo and with the help of this forum!!
