Congrats on the marriage of your daughter, half marathon and busy work life! Please say hi to Meemo, Namaste and CollegeGrad! I really miss them.

I thought about doing it alone, but when I went into the center and explained about hospital sickness and everything they gave me the 10 week time that I paid for and didn't loose.....so I have them, but if you need anything at all please ask!

Also I want to add to anyone that is reading this.....I TRULY believe that stabilization and maintenance is the bane of my existence. I have never done it since I never got my body % low enough but this time I will and I will be all ears and I will USE the full year that I have purchased to continue to learn and ask as many ?s as I have to. Without putting this knowledge into effect you will gain.....and then you yo-yo or worse! SO......please, please make sure that you get this information when you time is up and use it.
Hi there dear friend! I was staring out my window at work watching the snow and thinking.... why is this day taking so long.... and then thought.... ahhh, I haven't checked in lately so here I am and there you are! So hello. I think about you often and am glad to hear you're back! Good job! Keep it up. I've been in maintenance just over 1yr now (1yr last month). Anyway, I just wanted to say Hi! Happy Friday!

Had a great moment today...my dad pulled me aside this morning at church and said "did you lose a whole lot this week?" I said..."yeah, i did...almost 5lbs...mostly water weight, but that shows more than other weight on me." He gave me a BIG hug and said that he was proud of me My dad is SO supportive! Gotta love that.

I love it when Dad's do stuff like that!

I don't see my Dad that often (he's in California) so when I do, he always says something along the lines of "whose this skinny kid?" and it makes me blush because I was never the skinny kid! While I was losing, he was always really supportive when we talked (we talk on the phone every week) and that was important too because growing up we didn't have that kind of relationship. I finally sat down with him about 5 years ago and just told him what I needed/wanted from him and we've worked really hard to have it.... but we do now.... talking, being open, loving, supportive, and being proud of me. I love it.

And I'm so glad you have that with you're Dad. It means a lot.

Well at WI this morning I didn't get the 70 lb board (lost 2, still have 2 lbs to go)
A little disappointing but my inches lost makes up for it!
83 inches gone since I've started!!

I am pretty darn sure I am going to have to change my Onderland date though. Any suggestions of a reasonable date to pick??

I'm shooting for 11 pounds down by April 10th for my onderland date. We could have the same date!

I'm 2 days into meta-quick and am super low on energy, I got dizzy just taking a shower! So i think i might not workout this week and just survive. I was down a whole pound today since yesterday though! So that's rewarding!
