Hope to see less of you at one of the classes this week.
BTW, I think I'm running out of that fat burning water they serve us at the Greeley center.
Maybe we should start stealing the water from the center and bottling it for our friends?

Okay driving down the road on my way to the center for WI this morning, bumming at the gain over the last few days when it dawned on me the words of Meemo, OTC makes you retain water.... Last week most particularly Thursday afternooon and again Friday morning, I took a handful of ibuprofen, well 4, but that is a handful. This was the first time I took OTC since I started MRC. It's True Meemo you are so right. WI was .5 from my ticker, it will be better on Friday.

On a really good note, based on my BMI I am no longer considered obese, I'm now simply over weight.

Their chips are the total bomb. We don't even bother buying the small bags when we get them, it's only the big jumbo bag. I have not had a single one since I started OP.

I have not gone and updated my ticker but I did lose 3 more lbs. today!! They made me re-take my 30lb. picture though because they thought I looked better in my jeans than my mail uniform, LOL.

Doesn't that make you proud? I guess to a normal person that would be a strange celebration, but I was really excited when that day came. Way to go!

Yes S.I.G.S. It sure does, I'll take that thought today. I found myself grasping at my thoughts today, for instance they input that I am 5'3" I call it that as well because I don't count the fractions but I just want you to know that I do have an extra 1/4 inch in height. Made myself laugh actually, like a 1/4" is so much taller. I am 5'3.25"

My center called today - wanted me to come WI. (Well...I have been kinda avoiding them since I shot up 4 lbs over the past 2 weeks.) But, sucked it up and went. Woohoo! Was down 2! Yay! I'm almost back to 30 lost.

I've gotta get this going again. I really wanted to change my goal to 135.

That is great! I love it..... I remember when I went from "morbidly obese" to just "obese" and I could have cried! I can't weight to be simply "overweight"! To other people it doesn't sound like much, but it's a huge deal and I totally understand!
