I tried editing a photo to put on here but I am not quite that good, LOL. I will have to have my daughter do it for me. I only had 2 on my whole camera that I was even in. Very sad!!

I went to WI today and was down 2 lbs. So that is 26.5 total!!! If I can lose 3.5 again next week I will be halfway. I was starving when I go home today and I don't really know why. I work out in the heat all day so I know that could have something to do with it, who knows. I had some grilled chicken and mushrooms as my veggie. You can eat ALOT of mushrooms. Then I had my standard melba toast. I am thinking of putting some ground chicken, zuchini and a tomato HNS in the crockpot and seasoning it up for chili and seeing how it does, just to have something all ready when I get off in the evenings.

Y'all have done sooooo good on your losses. I like to check out this board when I get some. The pictures alone are inspiring.

Oh my gosh... You are good. Unfortunately, I don't have photoshop. I'll check with my neighbor.... That would be so nice to do it that way!

YOU LOOK GREAT BY THE WAY!!!!

Join the club.... My pics are all over the place, so you can see I have no clue!

Congrats on the loss!!! Great job!

You sure can have a lot of mushrooms!!! Amazing isn't it! Did you drink your HNS with dinner? Or when you got home? Maybe you didn't get all of your protein in today and that's why your hungry.....

Sunshiine31558: Perfect name for SD! I joined today...and I am thrilled, relieved...ready! Great news about Coastal Medical. Know where to get more drinks when I run out of the million I just bought! (Just kidding)Thank you for the website.
After reading through so many threads, I started with the Flax and the multi-vitamin when setting up my order today. Hmmm...now I'm remembering several of you ordering a vitamin or ? that you take before each meal. Thinking back to "your beginning" do any of you have "must haves" that seem to help with the overall weightloss at the beginning stages? Thanks!

There are many sites to order HNS... There is a thread listing them & most of them are cheaper.

I swore by the MRC6 in the beginning. I lost a LOT of inches FAST...

Crystal..Way to go!!! WOOHOO!!

Judy..Welcome Back again!! WE can do this!

Jenny....You've caught up to me and are a month behind!! Phewwy on you! Just kidding. You're doing awesome!!! It was great to hear from you.

Welcome to all the newbies! This is an AWESOME plan and an even AWESOMER () group! Good luck to everyone!

Thanks for all the pics. You all look amazing!

NSV this week..We went to Adventure Island (water park adjacent to Busch Gardens) and I didn't feel self-consious in my bathing suit. It's the 1st time I've been to a water park in more than 10 years. We had a great time with our 5 year old.

I haven't WI this week b/c we've had a lot of crazy sh*t going on (sorry, but it's true). I'm gonna try to go tomorrw. Probably the main reason I haven't gone is b/c I went SO WAY OFF plan last weekend it's taken me all week to recover. I ate what I wanted for 4 days straight and it's taken me 5 to get that gained weight back off again. I hope to be down again by the AM (hopefully a REAL LOSS, not just a loss of what I gained back). If I'm not I might wait to Monday to WI at the center. I just hate going in there knowing I've screwed up. I've been TOTALLY OP ALL WEEK! I promise. I've really got a great mental thing going now. I want the foods but I'm able to TELL myself that I don't NEED them. Sad, but I saw this VERY overweight girl at the water park and I just keep thinking of her when I want to do something off program. It's horrible and I felt so sad for her b/c she was really young and extemely overweight. I just keep picturing her and telling myself that if I slip at all I could do that to myself. So, that's part of my great mental thing right now. There was also another young girl at Sea World (last weekend) who couldn't ride the roller coaster b/c she was too large and I felt terrible for her as well. I know I didn't have problems like that before but I was WAY overweight, esp for my height. I just keep thinking of things like the girls I saw and feel horrible b/c I'm finally able to get myself under control and hope that someday they will too.

Have a great weekend everyone. If I WI tomorrow I'll check back in.

I know how you feel Rocki. But it is good to get right back on plan. I resigned today for 10 weeks. And then after dinner, DH wants to go out for ice cream. So I sat and watched him and the 2 boys eat their Cold Stone. ( my fav). I did not have any. This is the first time I really felt deprived. I think it was because I ate so much garbage on vacation.

You're so brave... Ice cream REALLY sounds yummy! It's the one thing I haven't caved on yet...but I'm not sure I could have sat there & watched everyone else have some. I'd feel deprived too. Good job - you're a strong woman!!!
