Candice- the Morningstar ones are DELICIOUS!

I usually make a little burger out of them. I put one between a 4 inch whole wheat pita with a slice of whole wheat cheese.

WTG Barb......I don't yet post on this thread, but I saw your name here this a.m., and you are doing great!!!! You should be proud of yourself.,,,,,you planned AND you posted AND now you can have your POP FF day!!! You are on the road to goal.............. You can also add a touch of lemon water the next two days if you like. It's not too bad, really, once you get used to it. I am actually starting to like it. I, of course, add a bit of splenda.........I am not quite hard core yet.....but the amount of splenda I am using is getting to be less and less. Pretty soon, I"ll beable to drink with the big girls.........LOL!

Nikki - Your carb cravers comes with milk, so you still get another 1/2 dairy. I never thought of splitting up a carb cravers. I didn't think we could do that. May have to ask COD about that idea. Have you made the chicken loaf before? Let us know how it is.

You can split up carb carvers and count it as half a protein, I believe it says so in the book? I could be wrong though or maybe that is only for the pizza. I just hate the idea of using a whole protein for breakfast.

I never realized that the milk was included, thank you!

I used do the same thing after a disappointing weigh in I finally fessed up about it to my COD and she explained maybe a weight gain could be due to being bloated or maybe beef from the day before that the body just has not broken down yet. If you have another bad weigh in, don't worry just make sure to drink and pee alot (sorry but it helps lol) and by your next weigh in it should be down again.

Look on the bright side, all you went off with is with the cheese. (I'm not sure if the restaurant books are different for each plan or not)

I haven't planned a meal or eaten at home all week. It is like I am on TO! (chicken and salad, chicken and salad, chicken and salad). I will buckle down and plan something for tomorrow - I'll have to, or I will start to cluck.
