Can you guys help me out? My fiance' wants to do either the TO or the Fast Forward (those are the two that are different, right?) Anyway, I saw that someone had posted what was allowed on those two programs, but I can't remember where I saw it. Was it in here and I am just not seeing it?
Thanks!
Lara

Fast Foward is the inital phase and TO can be done every two weeks to boost weight loss. The main difference is the FF is an unlimited amount of proteins and on TO you can only have 7 oz. (possibly it depends on what plan you are on) also during TO you have your two lites and on FF you do not. I'm not sure if there's more but I know those are two main differences.

Lara - DH always does the FF when he "joins me in TO". Did you get a sheet from your COD when you joined? It's the plan you did for the first two days. If you don't have it, PM me. Also, for the juice, DH doesn't like the Knudsen's or the COD juice. I get him the Celebrity Juice Diet since they have a berry flavor. Not as cheap as the Knudsen's/Benefiber mix that I make, but it gets him through.

I think on the 3FC tickers you can just edit, but I use the tickerfactory.com and just get a new one each time. I like it because it has tenths of a pound, and when you weigh in three times a week, that's what you're counting a lot of times.

To change your ticker:
(1) Go to User CP
(2) Edit Signature
(3) Scroll down to the "edit signature" block and you will see test showing the details of your ticker picture and at the end you will see the numbers
start weight/goal weight/current weight.
(4) Adjust accordingly
(5) Make sure you click SAVE SIGNATURE

Well as I posted in the loser thread I am having a tough time making a go of this lately so I am going to do the FF for the next 2 days using oranges. I will post the journal as soon as I plan it.

Oh shoot! You know I was just at the grocery store the other day and I forgot to get some of those veggie burgers to try. I am still a little scarred to try them though LOL
