Lunch: Grilled Salmon Salad , 1 tsp. dressing

Dinner: Egg White Veggie Omelette with 1 Tbs Parm Cheese
Snack PM: Pear/TJ's Better N PB/7 Almonds
I only do the Carb Solutions Shake on the mornings I work out. It has a TON of protien and hardly any carbs or fat. When I did not do the shake I would get the shakes! I shared this with my COD and they did not seem to have a problem with it. I have fortunately been losing somewhat steadily.

Yippee....new folks posting on the site; this is great and always gives me new ideas too. Holly - your pre-workout shake...do they say to count it as anything exchange wise? Who makes the Carb Solutions shake?
