I did Take Off today using the menu plan the COD gave me.
B: 4 oz Take Off w/ 4 oz water, 1/2 Lite,
12 oz coffee, creamer, splenda
S: 4 oz Take Off w/ 4 oz water, 1/2 Lite
L: 3 oz cooked shrimp, 1/2 c. cooked cauliflower/broccoli mix
S: 4 oz Take Off w/ 4 oz water, 1/2 Lite
D: 3 oz cooked shrimp on 1 cup lettuce, 1 tsp fat-free salad dressing
S: 4 oz Take Off w/ 4 oz water, 1/2 Lite
12 oz diet coke
also 8 cups water, lite salt, and trimax
Ellliptical machine 30 minutes at gym
I'm already feeling lighter!
