Way to go for wanting to work that bikini.....I am working to get back in my "sexy" jeans. Most importantly....I am doing it for me and no one else.

I will stay on plan because I want to show my husband I am as strong as he is. He is currently having chemo and I want to show him I have determination to lose weight and I want to make him smile. If he can face his obstacles in life, so can I.
I joined bec. I am at the end of it....I can't stand one more doctor's visit where she says "Once again you are bigger than you have ever been" and getting handed a 1200 calorie diet sheet, a "sorry your knee is acting up", "sorry your back hurts", "I really don't want to hear your feeling depressed ... lose some weight and your problems will go away". UHHH..Thanks 100 lb. soakin' wet doc.
And another thing...when playing around with my 8yr. son, I told my SUPER skinny son he was gonna get a muffin (Belly) if he keeps eating me out of the house (as boys do) he replies "I may get a muffin, but you already have the whole bakery" I mean OUCH! And if you knew him you would know he is the sweetest lil' computer geek ...he wants to be a preacher for crying out loud, and he said that to me, his mom!
I'm going to complete TO perfectly because I fell prey to emotional eating again with DH's father in hospital and want to ABSOLUTELY break that habit once and for all! Sticking to TO and going back to a successful WI will be great! I've been on LAWL for four weeks and have ended up one pound from where I started. I WILL take better care of myself!
I will stay OP today because I can not fail again. I am a stronger person today than I was yesturday and I will be a stronger person tomorrow for what I accomplish today.

I will stay OP today because I CAN, I KNOW I can--I just keep forgetting I can. I'm wearing my Lucky's today and I always feel great in them and don't want mess up this feeling! My scale is up and I HOPE it's Tom water and sodium--ditching WI tomorrow b/c I'm a big baby.
