Today I stay OP because I know that this plan is working and I love the downward trend on the scale. I am strengthened by my previous successes and build on them.
I will stay on OP today, because I was POP to the dot yesterday. Even fixed me a baked fish from the LAWL Cookbook, instead of eating whatever I can find that "might" fit into the program... Therefore no use of ruining what I did yesterday.
I will stay POP today because I can! I did it yesterday and didn't die from it. For the 1000th time, today I was back to 159.4 (NAKED!) and I would love to hang on to it for more than a day or two.
I was POP today and tomorrow is day one of TO and I am soo nervous, but I will succeed tomorrow because I am strong, focused, and getting leaner everyday.
