I will stay OP today because I had a flashback to when I weighed 175, was toned and lean from lots of yoga, and I want to feel like that (healthy, sexy, fit) again.

I'll stay OP tomorrow because I cheated quite a few times this week...especially Sunday, yesterday and today...and it is actually making me feel very irritable and depressed. Plus, I've been avoiding weigh ins because I want to avoid an icrease on the scales...

And also, I paid too dang much money to be blowing it like this.

And ALSO, I won't be home till after 10 tonight, so I've packed up my whole day's worth of food, so I won't have to make any other decisions today.

If I can't make it POP today, someone please come give me a kick in the pants!!!
