I will stay OP today because for some reason, my 20's were too big today and I have to dig out my 18's....how did that happen from a few days ago ??

I will stay OP today because ....
the holidays are around the corner and I want to be thinner when my family comes to visit.

I already FEEL healthier and I like it!

My dad is diabetic and on a restrictive diet..I want to offer my support in this way.

What a great idea this post is!!
Today I stay op because Nothing tastes as good as the feeling I got when my DH gave me a new pair of PJ's from LaSenza, and THEY FIT!!!!! I haven't fit into regular store clothes for a loooooong time! I want this feeling again and again! I use this as my motivation.

I will stay OP because I just found out I will see family for Christmas that I have not seen for a year and I really want to shock them since they do not know I have been dieting.The more I can lose, the better.
