L. IP Leek soup waffles made with 2C spinach diced fine and mixed into batter plus 2 stalks celery with WF PB. I needed a lunch I could drive with...
D. Shrimp scampi with cauli rice
S. The best IP product I've ever had - the RTE carmel pudding. It doesn't have that IP taste to it. I also bought a RTE chocolate pudding for later in the week. Decaf with WF French Vanilla "creamer".
