There are many recipes to choose from on Pinterest. It's basically a stir fry with ground beef and cabbage. You can add whatever veggies you want (I used red and green bell peppers) and spice it however you like. I went with Chinese 5 spice and Walden Farms Sesame ginger dressing for a little sauciness. the wildberry muffin recipe came from an IP video I believe. Here's a quick look:
1 packet EACH wildberry yogurt drink and IP crispy cereal (finely crushed)
1/4 t baking powder
1 egg white
1/4 c water (more if needed for consistency)
1 packet truvia
1/8 t cinnamon

Whisk egg white& water. Mix in baking powder and both IP packets. It will be thick. Use a spatula to mix! spoon into a mini loaf pan that has been PAMmed. Combine truvia and cinnamon then sprinkle over the top of the dough. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Serving size is 1/2 the loaf (because you use 2 IP products).

Fast track to now, I'm at a higher weight than I was when starting IP last year! Finally ready to complete IP and phase off properly to hit and stay at goal.

B: PD plain pancake, WF syrup, coffee
L: PT vanilla rice crispy treat, salad with romaine, cucumbers, red peppers, WF balsamic
D: 6oz broiled salmon, 2 cup roasted broccoli with EVOO
S: PT chocolate mint pudding
I am back at it as well. So easy to gain it back. So hard to lose it but IP does really work.
