Doesn't sound like you sabotaged yourself at all! You are still down. Most people have a lower loss in their 3rd week. You are still down and you stayed with it. Yea you!!!

Hope everyone is having a good week. I am going to miss my weigh in this week. I am leaving town for business all week. I hate staying in hotels. Last time they sent me out of town I used it as a cop out to stop IP. I am going to stay OP this time. It is only for the week and I can plan ahead and DO IT! Instead of using a different scale I am just going to enter the 0 for this week and will see what next week brings. I can make the right choices eating out and planning ahead the night before for my lunches!

Default Slow but Sure

Today was WI day. Down 1.2 lbs. Seems slow to me and I've been OP but I guess it's unrealistic to expect massive losses every week. I am trying to stay positive and I really do understand that every week that I am down, even a little, is closer to my goal!

Lisa, I posted a loss of 2.6 lbs. I am not going by what my weigh in at the clinic numbers are because 1) the first time I weighed there today, it showed a 9 lb gain!!! (I don't even think so!!!!) then it went to error. 2) second try showed a 2.4 weight gain (nope-I don't believe it) After going over my food diary with a microscope and not finding where I may have inadvertently sabotaged myself I suggest another try at the scales 3) 3rd try still showed a .2 lb gain. All three tries were within a 10 minute time span. So.....I entered what my scales at home showed. I may just go with that from now on since obviously their scales are whacked. On the bright side I showed a loss of 2" in my hips and 1'' in the bust for a total of 10.5 inches overall (if their tape measure isn't whacked, too). Whatever...my clothes fit better, so there.

Way to go frawniemae!!! Hope they get their scale fixed before your next weigh in -- you know their numbers aren't real -- don't let it mess with your head. Keep on keepin' on!

I spoke with them today and the person I talked to said my coach must have enter "Male" instead of "Female" when she was setting me up for weigh in. "Accidents happen", she said. I know they do but that could have really been an undoing moment for someone having a really bad day/week. I'll make sure info in entered correctly before I step on that scale next week. They may get to hate seeing me coming!

Hey all.
I tried to enter 0 weight loss on the spreadsheet but wasn't able to. I am assuming that you just enter 0.00 in the yellow box? I tried that but it wasn't working. help

Sometimes I have that problem, Carmie48 - I find that just refreshing the screen clears it up -- or sometimes it works to double click the cell where you want to enter the data.

I just entered my weekly official (with IP) WI - down 3.4 lbs this week -- so terrific after -.8 last week... I am so encouraged because now my BMI makes me Overweight instead of Obese -- I have not been in that range since 1992, more than 20 years ago!

Life is good!

Don't forget you have to hit submit too, under your name.

I have struggled the last few weeks. Been posting zeros since we can't post up pounds. Finally down 1.2! I am trying to get off the pounds I gained over Christmas but struggling with cravings I never had the first time around. I was cheating myself everyday. On Wednesday I decided to eat P3 instead of P1 and I fibpnally see a loss.

Anyone reading this who is thinking they will phase off for a while and lose more later, I really encourage you to power through. I stopped at my goal because it was a number I picked but I knew I wanted to lose more. I never had a slowdown but I had done events coming up and wanted a break. I regret that now.

Hi Everyone!

One more pound down this week. It is such a slow go this time, but I am determined to keep on keeping on. Sigh.

Getting ready to leave on a 2 week trip, but I will say OP.

That's weird! Is weight different for male and females? Aren't pounds pounds? But I agree that a clinic should not make mistakes with the scale. At any rate, Frawniemae, you are doing great! Keep it up!

Default Weigh in reminder

Just a reminder to post last week's weigh ins.

I've taken a long-weekend vacation from the cold and I'm currently sitting here in the Florida sunshine. Thanks to a snow day today I did not have to take this day off work. But I am getting ready to pack up and head back to the cold again. If you've requested access to the spreadsheet I will probably be able to grant that tomorrow. Thank you for your patience.
