Well, I missed the cutoff to post my loss for the week so it didn't register, thought it was Sunday. Anyway, I'm down 1 lb. I'll take it!
I got my Aria scale set up yesterday and synched with my fitbit flex. I like it. Anything to make tracking my losses more fun. The only downside is that it measures my weight 2 lbs. heavier than my old scale.

So for now, I'm just going by my old scale in my mind, until I'm mentally ready to make the shift. Ha.
I like my flex wristband too. I'm not going crazy with the walking, but it does inspire me to take a couple of laps around the block. And I'm parking farther away from stores. All the little things add up. Plus, I'm getting up from my desk more during the day.
