I think larn said her coach recommended eating 2 unrestricted and 1 restricted - isn't that what we are supposed to be doing anyway? I was strongly advised that not having 1 restricted per day can be harmful, to both our weight loss as well as our health.

The 1 restricted per day was the "tweak" the coach suggested. larn had been on 3 unrestricteds

Did you also want 2.6 for week 7?
Yes, ma'am; wish it was more but I'll take it! Thanks! I don't know why it won't let me edit myself. I see an icon at the top that looks like a lock and it is in the "locked" position if that makes a difference.

Weird.
Did you click the link from the emails invitation?

Have you tried double-clicking the cell where you want to enter your weekly loss?

I see the little lock icon also - that's not an indication that you are locked out - I think it might be an indication that it is a private document shared only with those named by the owner (Lisa).

I double click the cell, and then the little cursor for text/data entry appears in the middle of the cell - then I type in the number for the week. Try it!

Thank you for the correction, ladies. Reading or comprehension failure today.

Hopefully putting a restricted in will fix the problem for Larn.

When it opens for me the entire page shows with everyone listed. I zoom to my name but when I double tap it just goes back to the full page. If I hold my finger on my name it highlights it but then a window opens that asks if I want to "select all, copy, find, share" etc; everything but edit. It's never done that before so I don't get what I'm doing wrong.

Are you using a tablet or other mobile device? Access for me is best on my laptop.

You want to click the cell where you want to enter the current week loss or gain -- this week's weigh in belongs in Row 22, Column N for you. You don't need to zoom in.

Then double click that cell and see the little vertical line cursor show up in the middle... enter your numbers and hit Return key.

I use my phone. I'll see if I can't open it on my laptop. Never have used gmail on it; just on my phone (that's why I have to zoom). I'll let you know if I have any success!

Okay, I got it on my laptop and editted it but not sure if it submitted. (I also changed my goal weight.) Let me know, please.

Some people have to reload the page before they can see it.
Glad it worked!

Yes I was so pissed last week after my gain, but you have to regroup and refind your commitment some times.....as Lisa says weight loss is not linear.....I had to keep reminding myself of that last week!

Hate other peeps had troubles, too, but glad to know it wasn't just me! I was feeling pretty technologically stymied! I'll do it from my laptop from now on just in case, though! I want you to know I appreciate all the work you put into this! Thanks!
