Has anybody tried the whey protein crunchies from Netrition.com? It sounds like they may be similar to IP crispy cereal - and all of its versatility for baking, pancakes, etc. The crunchies come in natural and cocoa and I'm very intrigued but thought I'd see if anyone has tried them and what they thought. Reviews on Netrition are all positive so I may just try some in my next order. From what I can tell, if you use 3/4 of a serving, it's perfect for IP comparability! Approx 100 cal, 1 g fat, 6-7 carbs, 15 g protein if you use 3/8 cup which is 3/4 of a serving per their label.
Oh yes, and they're made from whey and not soy!
I got my shipment of Quest bars today (Strawberry cheesecake and Chocolate peanut butter). Tried the Strawberry first I like it! Chewy and filling. I'm so pleased that they are sweetened with Stevia.
I saw people are treating them as non-restricted? Is that right? That can't be right.
Seriously....How do you all manage to keep from obsessing about & raiding your boxes of bars and cookies??? I would love to keep some of these yummy sounding things around, but they would be calling out to me 24/7, even if locked in the trunk of my car. A co-worker offered to keep them and dole them out, but I'm sure I'd mug her!

I count them restricted. Since they're on the fence, I proceed with caution.
I don't know, for me, the ketosis somehow makes me not crave things. I enjoy them when I am eating them, and I'm satisfied with one. Of course I'm just past my first week back on plan so as time goes on it may be more difficult.
Hi all, I'm on day 3 here and doing ok. I feel like that's all I do is think about what I need to eat. I'll be glad when it becomes a routine.
I've been looking at recipes at Pinterest. Have any of you had any success with those? A few of them look too good to be true but I found a nice chili recipe that I'm anxious to try. As always thanks for all your suggestions.
This being new to me ....can anyone tell me the advantages to whey protein over soy? Just a simple direction if it's involved and I can research the rest. Thanks

My reason: Soy is hard on people. It isn't the "health" food in the way it has been touted. And it is hard on thyroid function.

There are IP Pinterest Boards that various people who have done the diet created.
The great thing about IP is the more creative you are, the better you eat!

I get the ProtiDiet chicken soup. I add a little less water as I like it thicker and usually add spices and pour it all in ver veggies. Mi did that with the IP one too!
Looking for an eagle eye alternative seeker with an excellent memory. I've been scouting the websites looking for an unflavoured oatmeal that I could possibly have. Looks like everyone is offering only apple-cinnamon or maple-flavoured these days, and I dislike my oatmeal other than natural.
