Thanks! The only "packets" I have left are restricted and I already ate my Quest bar....any suggestions? Should I add more protein at dinner? Another 1/2 of a Quest bar?
A hard boiled egg or two for post workout snack would work. Stock up on some extra packets or shakes for future workouts so you get the protein boost. It,s best to try to have the extra within 30 mins after the workout but you still could grab an egg today!
