B - IP RTD Chocolate Shake with Coffee
L - Hardboiled Egg, 2 C veggies (cucumberes and celery), Wildberry Yogurt Smoothie with 2 C. romaine.
D - Shrimp Stirfry (6 oz shrimp, 2 Cups veggies - bean sprouts, bell peppers and mushrooms) WF Asian Dressing
S - not sure yet - maybe garlic chips - maybe something more "solid" would help my hunger issues - instead of a shake or wafers.

* I still find that I am drinking a ton of water-- Coach says hydration is good (+3.1) but I am always thirsty, any ideas?
B: chocolate shake with 2 cups of coffee mixed with a little vanilla RTD
L: cappuccino shake, 2 cups cauliflower and cucumbers
D: pork tenderloin with 2 cups roasted zucchini and broccoli (YUM)
S: wildberry shake
Day 8
B=IP omelette, 1tbl onion, 3 mini peppers (omg was this ever good)
L= syntrex cappuccino, 2 c. Spinach, 2 tsp. evoo, acv
D= 8 oz. turkey breast, 1 c. Mushrooms
S= IP raspberry jelly
P1:
coffee with IP peanut bar (restricted)
lunch: grilled chicken and steamed veggies (prob. all 8 oz of protein)
snack: IP van/choc muffins (making them now!!)
dinner: IP chic noodle soup and veggies/salad
if needed: rasp. jelly/jello
Feeling good today and the weather is going to be like Spring!!! Hooray!!!
