Hehe. Maybe I am a dork but I am so excited about my day at the gym I had to share it :-) I called an old gym buddy of mine last night and decided to join her this morning. We started with a short (15min) run and then she walked me through one of her circuits
man... It was great to switch my routine up! We did ball slams, burpies, ropes, sitting ups while passing a 10lb medicine ball to one another, leg lifts, squats, and jumps.
I forgot what it feels like to do interval training!!! We did each move for 30secs and did 4 sets. I was exhausted after!
I can't wait to go back and do it again!!! Plus she is going to show me her full body weight routines too. I am super excited.
