omgomgomgomgomg!

I was just looking for a shirt to wear to a basketball game-watch with my alumni group tonite. I thought I had a long-sleeve white T that would fit now.

It does.

BUT

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG

I had a pair of capris in the box, from when I lost the 100lbs on Atkins 10 years ago. Size 14. I thought I'd try them to see how much more I have to go before they will fit.

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG

They fit!!!!

I started at size 24 ladies! That "before" pic in my profile is size 24W
capris.

The 14s fit. They aren't even tight. I'm good-to-go right now for spring.

Come on Spring! (of course I have 2 pair of capris and one pair of shorts, but what the heck!)

They fit!

Yummiliciousness -- just pounded the heck out of some chicken breasts and then dipped in egg white and crushed SouthWestern puffs (or whatever they're called). I feel like I'm eatin' some fancy "cordon bleu" or weiner schnitzel or something. Mmmm.....

Good luck phasing off!!! You deserve some new shoes to go with that dress!
I'll leave the "socks" comments for IP43!l lol
HEY! I didn't even NOTICE the socks till you said it, then I had to go back and look just to see what I was supposed to be cheeky about! I think I'm gettin' a bad wrap here! (To be honest, I need new flooring and was admiring her HARDWOOD more than her toesies!)

Now I feel like I gotta decide if she's foxy soxy, or soxy sexy??hmmm...

Holy (asparagus) guacamoly Batman! Great results Monica -- what more inspiration do you need than THOSE! And that hourglass gives you a mighty fine... um... "looking glass".... (had to find appropriate rhyme for this family thread

Keep up the great work. How can you NOT be impressed??

Thankyou I am so proud of what I have accomplished and what will continue to be accomplished as I make it to goal with all of you. It makes me feel great to share my progress because others sharing theirs is what helped me get started. We are all the inspiration

I'm OBSESSING about P3 though - it is definitely not as easy as LizRR made it seem to put together breakfasts that fit the bill, and I'm thankful for the time in P2 to get that sorted out.
P2 is great for taking time to plan for P3. I did a lot of that and have it mapped out on an Excel spreadsheet where I can plug in different foods for my meal and see the end counts. Someone else posted a food workup sheet that I saved as well but can't remember where I found it. If you would like it I can send it to you.

That's a great correction! It's whooshing off by the minute. Love the new picture series too. You can see such an amazing change in your whole body.

Now yesterday and Sunday, not so much, had a visual migraine both days. I guess it can't be a food related thing, since I am eating pretty much the same thing for months! Not terribly painful, but the vision loss associated with it is scary! It is mostly the straight ahead vision plus some "blinking strings" across my field of vision. My coach says if I do not feel better by next week we are going to do a full blood panel to see if anything is going on.

Love you guys! : )
That is a bit more than a "little" whoosh and you need to be celebrating with caps and colours!

WOW! Congrats on being normal. My end goal is to get to normal instead of being overweight.

Aweseom NSV! I hate to say it but if they fit now, by spring they'll be way to big on you. You are going to need to go shopping!!! You are doing so well despite all the challenges. I admire your determination.
