Doing well but do need to do better at keeping my food diary. I have never done diaries well,even as a teen when everyone wrote in diaries.

Have you tried MFP?? I forget from time to time but it's so much easier to just fill it in.

GO FOR IT!!! life is way way way too short.....to not enjoy the things that make you FEEL HAPPY!!! i have always been a person who dresses to the beat of her own heart....it feels good!! IT FEELS GREAT!!! clothes can really make you feel younger, prettier, bouncier!! WEAR THOSE BOOTS GF!!!!!!!!!! and post up a photo!! wear them PROUD!!!
