Well I used to go commando. But not in many years.
In the Marine Corps they had names for just about every thing. Underwear was skivvies. Sneakers wer go-fasters, a pen an ink stick and a flash light was a moon beam.
I'm at National Guard duty this weekend. I work supply in a MP Batallion. Ine of our Companies is going to Cuba for 9 months next year to pull security guarding VIP detainees. (Never knew there were VIP detainees) Anyway, I end up on the list to go! This is a volunteer trip, people sign up for it, theu ask to go.
I was put on the list with out being really asked. Things at my house may get interesting when i bring home this news..... More later. 2155 and wake up is 0500..... need sleep
Oh I so wish I could find frozen rhubarb or any for that matter. The dessert sound great right now. Looked at every grocerie store in saskatoon to no avail. Of coarse I started this diet just after it was in season all over the place

The way I see it is that when we get there, they folks stationed there will be able to take leave.
Things were just super quiet at the house. Uncertainty about the deployment is a b!tch. But, we should learn more as time gets closer.
Good news? Although I had drill this past weekend, I stayed on program and still loss a little. I got on the scale this morning and was at 141.8. I'm expecting around 143~ this afternoon when I go to my WI. Coach most likely will move me to Phase II!!! I can't wait.
WI this morning at home 322. Wai at coaches at ten. JW great work man. I've lost a JW now!
I need to poke some more house in my belt at WI today. Great feeling.
Thanks, and you will never loose me!!
The whole 'poking more holes in belt' thing. I'm at the last holes in my belt, but what do you do about all that extra hanging over the end. I don't want to wrap and tuck that into the belt loops on my side.

i just turned the buckle around so the end of the belt hits the loop on my side lol.

When do you do your PT test? isn't it nice to think one number on the scale and get a SMALLER one? Congrats!

I used a sturdy pair of kitchen scissors to cut off the excess and shape it to look like it was s'posed to be that way, then coloured it in with permanent marker. It may not be haute couture, but it worked for me!
My IP update: Day 6 now, and I did have some grumpy moments over the weekend, but nothing too bad. Hungry still, on and off, and some ocasional light-headedness if I don't pay attention to fluid/salt intake for a few hours, but again, nothing too bad.
Not weighing myself except once a week. 48 hours til I get some metrics for Week 1 - I'm quietly hopeful about this!
