Well oreokitty123 jump back on program, that 10 will be gone in no time! 2013 is the year to regroup, refocus, revitalize (that was my best to motivate you and I both to get going! Lol) I am on day 2 of 100 percent on program again, and I feel great.

I think someone in the daily or 100% thread was looking for a catchy 3R's phrase. I like yours.

Your right, I am back on it. Eating my protein oatmeal right now. Does anyone have good crock pot recepies? Tried to do a search and nothing really came up that looked good.

Just wanted to say Hi! I'm still here. I survived the holidays, lots of driving and am back at it. My plan over the holidays was to make the best choice possible, consistently. I stuck to that, and while I didn't lose any weight, I also didn't gain any:)

I kind of feel like my body needed to catch up to my weight...in the last four weeks I have gone from a 12 to a tight 8. And I was only in the 12's for 2-3 weeks. So, I think maybe now I will start losing again (fingers crossed....mouth closed!!) I am feeling refocused and excited to lose the next 15!

Happy New Year to everyone

That is fantastic! I am stuck at a size 10. Working on lossing it thought. Need to jump back on the IP wagon.

What did everyone eat last night?

Hey fellow Canadians! Just wanted to say hi!

Had marinated flank steak with grilled asparagus last night. SO yummy! I presently have a roast chicken in the crockpot for tonight.

Crock-pot recipe: (minus the onion if you want)

Then I degreased the drippings and added LIZRR's Braised Celery, Mushroom, & Garlic Puree from here: (second post)

That was ME- but my 3Rs are REDUCE (weight, clutter, debt), REJOICE (because I work too hard and forget my kids won't be this age forever so we need to spend more time together) and REJUVINATE because I don't sleep enough and get run down.

I like her 3Rs but "reduce" has to be on my list. I watch that show "hoarders" and throw out a bag of stuff right after that every time! LOL How do we get so much "stuff"??

happy new year --- whatever your resolution is!

Greetings from the east coast are there any other Maritimers lurking out there?

I did the program last year and I loved it just doing a quick reboot as I was feeling a little sluggish due to all the holiday food:)

Hey everyone. I reached my goal weight in June and over the past few months, and especially over December and going on vacation for three weeks, have gained about 20 pounds in total. I am disappointed in myself to let myself gain that much, especially with knowing better. My coach said that a lot of it will come off soon due to water retention and salt, etc... the adjust in diet alone after vacation makes for a big difference as well. I am starting phase 1 again tomorrow and hope to be back down as soon as possible. Just disappointed though I guess.:(

It WILL come off. I put 25 pounds back on since mid-Oct :frypan: (that's the skinny me hitting the other me over the head!).... I restarted second week of Jan and am down 8 pounds without even making it 100% yet. I'm hoping the scale keeps moving down and am pretty motivated to see such good results. If I'd only kept going, where would I be now? Anyway, no use worrying about what we can't change. Welcome back!

Thank you so much for the kind words and motivation; I truly appreciate it. It's hard to get back on track after knowing what maitenance is and having to go through the cravings and everything again. It's worth it and I just need to focus!
And Congrats on losing 8 pouns already; thats awesome, good for you :)

Hey everyone! I'm from Mississauga, ON and I only started IP on January 11th but already down a bit and more importantly can already feel a difference in the way my clothes fit. I'm finding the IP diet pretty easy to follow and my husband (just got married Oct 20th) is being very supportive about cooking meals I can eat (he does all the cooking). I haven't had a chance to read through everything yet (just joined) but was wondering if anyone found a place out near me that sells the WF products? I haven't tried them all yet but I quite like the Italian dressing and 1000 Island dressing. I just placed an online order for some others but was quite surprised with the over $9 shipping fee.
