First time blogging and first 5 days on IP diet. I had to weigh in today due to my work schedule and boy was I surprised to see 7 lbs gone in 5 days.:cheer::belly:

I would like to do the weight tracking too, can somebody tell me where and how to get a tracking insert for my posts please?

I'm not sure if this has already been posted but I just wanted to share that the Quest Bars are back on the lowcarbcanada.ca's online store! Although two of the three flavors I wanted to order were "out of stock" I did manage to order some Banana Nut Muffin bars. My order should arrive today.:carrot:

I have not tried Quest bars. Sound good. No buy Detour bars from Walmart and the last time I was at Costco they had them in bulk boxes!!! I also like Bidy Fortress chocolate peanut butter protein powder from Walmart. Mmm

I order from lowercarbcanada, and they have really great service.... although i really want to try the syntrax twisted cherry nectar, and it's ALWAYS out of stock! Going to try the Quest bars on my next order, summer's coming and will be on the go a lot!

I picked up a couple of pure protein bars the last time I went to walmart... the peanut butter ones are awesome!

Damn I wish I found this thread day before yesterday.. I just placed my order through waldenfarms.ca and the total came to 33.72 (not too shabby for 14 items plus sipping)

I just duplicated the same order (to see if there's any savings) at the lowcarbgrocery and it's only 26.46 DAYUM!! That's a $7 savings!

I know where I'm shopping next!! and t's nice they have a flat rate shipping!!

fyi, thelowcarbgrocery.com also gives you Reward Points, that accumulate and can be used towards orders over time. Well worthwhile. :)
