Just to reassure you - I've ordered from them several times and the order has always arrived. It has taken longer than a week though.

I always order from them, and I receive the package while still "processing". Don't fret! Got my order within 2 days. I'm in Ottawa.

Wow - that's fast. Wonder why it takes so long to get it in Peterborough, Ontario? Maybe mail goes direct from Saskatoon to Ottawa, but has to be redirected to go to smaller cities.....?

I called to f/u on my bars from "The Simply Bar" and it was shipped 2 days ago. So, I guess the "process" of a lot of sites is not accurate.

Costco bars

Which bars do you get from costco?

The best numbers I could find were the detour bars, and they're high calorie and definitely high carb. Please help, I need more bars and I really don't want to support my clinic...definitely doing it for $$$, not really about th clients:(

Happy weekend!

But I did find them at Bulk barn.

Wow evepet... we're closer neighbours than you think. I get my Simply Bars from Joanne's Health food. Apparently the White Feather store in Port Perry has WF products. Sobeys on Lansdowne has some Renees dressings -- pomegranet/blueberry and tuscan italian that I consider 0/0/0

I keep thinking one day to go to Markham to the Low Carb Grocery Store but I'm not "there" yet in my phase so can stay local for now.

Anyway -- HI NEIGHBOUR!

How much are they at Costco? Ordering them directly I got the for 2.2 per bar. But I had to buy 6 boxes!

If you buy the case of 18 (6x3 diff flavours) it's $22 I think (off top of my head) but sometimes they have a $4 off coupon too. I know they ended up being less than $1.50 a bar. You can buy them at Walmart etc. but not as cheap as bulk costco -- especially on a coupon day ;)

I was just at costco yesterday and for a box of 12 simply bars they were 14.89

Wow - that's a MAJOR cost cutting. I've been paying around $40.00 a box!! Eek! I'm not a Costco member, but I'll definitely be checking for them at my local Walmart. I really like them, just didn't appreciate the cost factor.

IP43 - nice to have a neighbor on here! I sometimes shop at JoAnne's too. :)

Boston Pizza

I went to Boston Pizza for lunch with a friend today and I have to say it was the EASIEST resturant for being OP. There were at least 5 options I could have had without modification. They even list nutritional info for their healthier options. I had a 7oz steak with steamed broccoli and Cauliflower and a garden salad. The only issue was some shredded carrot in the salad. It will be my new pick of places to go.
