I really meant to say more and hit enter and lost it...
Wuv I love your new picture, you look so tan and beautiful! I am so jealouse of you southern people you get to keep a little color all year while us northerners are usually a bit pasty. Miss that vitamin D! We have had crappy weather this week; very cold and windy and I am just darn tired of it. It is supposed to be in the high 60's and possibility of rain. This is pretty typical cool weather for Memorial day weekend in my part of the country.
I have been 100% OP except for an extra bar last weekend so hopefully my WI today goes well..I have had the big C. I take the Novalax everyday but it is not real effective but it is a fine line and don't want to go overboard if you know what I mean.
Thanks everyone for your prayers and well wishes regarding my step-dad; it is appreciated.
Wishing everyone much success and happy WI's!
Checking in, down 1 lb and 5" at my WI today. I was hoping for more lbs gone but I am not upset, my body is re-shaping itself and that is a good thing. I'm in it to win it! Good luck everyone at staying 100%.

Well, the scale refused to budge this week. It has been a great week as far as staying on plan and exercising daily--maybe next week. The "fat meter" though did say that I lost .8% body fat this week! I also only lost 1/2 inch in my waist and 1/4" in my left arm.
All I can do is stick to the program and trust that the weight will drop.

Thank you so very much Cadu, your pics as well as Wuv's are truly inspirational! You ladies are ROCK STARS
Hope everyone is having a great day. We went out to dinner last night to celebrate my daughter's 24th birthday and she REALLY wanted Mexican food. I LOVE Mexican food, but as usual I found something to eat which was a grilled steak and a green salad. It was really hard watching everyone eat all of that yummy food, but the whoosh fairy congratulated me for staying 100% by taking away another pound. Thank you Miss Fairy!
SO! I'm pretty excited today, went to the gym for the first time in over a year..(didn't do any of my exercise at the gym). Had to sign in cause I didn't know where my card was, didn't know my locker number or the combination..hahaha. The guy behind the desk looked me up and said "whoa, you need a new picture with your new card!"
I have surgery on my right leg tomorrow so since I got approval yesterday to try to run from the foot doc (left foot) I decided to push my body to see what would happen. Who would have thought that spending a year without having to need or even want to work out...the surgeries happen AFTER I want to workout and actually feel the need to feel the burn.
I ran 20 minutes had a 2 minute walk for a little break and then ran 20 minutes again...with warm up and cool down I did 55 minutes and I tell ya, the BURN IS FANTASTIC TO FEEL....OH MY GAWD!! :
I'm in love with my body, probably won't be in love tomorrow as I'm expecting my quads and tband to hurt...but wow did it ever feel SO different then when I struggled at the gym 100 lbs ago.
I just can express enough how euphoric I feel right now...HELLO WORLD, here I AM!
