Thanks for the suggestion. I knew I'd looked at netrition.com earlier this week and discarded it.... I just went back in, plugged in about 8 WF products and tested the shipping cost situation to my area in Ontario, Canada. They were going to charge me more for shipping (even at the least expensive option which could take at least 2 weeks to get here) than the cost of the products. Guess that's why I discarded netrition as a possible source earlier this week.
I had no idea that it costs so much to ship to Canada. Do you know why?
How do you stop at just 1? i would have a hard time...
I have it with my afternoon cup of coffee, would definitely like more but discipline myself to savor every single bite, and I take very small bites as that bar is the food highlight of my day!
Hi everyone, I am currently doing IP through my Chiropractors office and using all IP products, and will continue to do so, however, my daughter needs to lose weight and can't afford the IP, and I can't afford both of us.....so I am trying to find an a place to get alternatives for her. We are going to follow it the IP way, and she will be weighing in and being accountable to me. She is really excited about doing this so now I'm trying to find out the best place to go.......thanks so much! And a NSV, when my daughter saw me yesterday after not seeing me for two weeks, she was amazed how much weight I have lost (26 lbs. in 5 weeks) and actually called me skinny, and I'm not close to where I need to get. So it has really made her want to start this journey!

There are a number of good sites to order from in the US. Most people seem to use Nashua Nutrition I think.
I normally order from Nashua nutrition for Proti-Diet and Proti-Thin but wanted to find out if anyone orders from Lindora and your thoughts? Comperable to IP?
Are there different sizes of Pure Protein bars? So many people seem to use them but the ones I see in the stores seem quite high in carbs.
But they are high in protein too.
I have read alot of post on here about Pure Protein bars and I have googled them a bit I was wondering the same thing. Alot of people have used them and still lost weight soooo ill give it a try. Someone posted they froze a smores one and it tasted like an ice cream. I bought the smaller one

Thanks, I thought I have seen Nashua mentioned alot. I have gone to their website and saw some good items. Lisa also mentioned the EAS carb control products which can be purchased at Sams Club, Walgreens and Walmart I think. Thanks for your feedback.
I am usually the queen of organized. Well, I have been on phase three for surgery and off work, so I have let some things slide. We were out longer than normal this am and I started to feel yucky while walking thru walmart, and that was before we checked out!!! Lol. Anyway, I dug into my purse for my emergency stash of bars and they were all gone. I remembered what I read here about pure protein bars being ok and zipped over to the supplement aisle, picked up a box, ripped one open and ate half. Drank some water and was good to go. Lesson learned. I am going to be adding in more alternatives but am working thru my IP stash (I tend to be a bit of a stocker upper type person as well).

Yes, there are 2 different sizes....a small one and a bigger one....you want to chose the smaller one
The ones I am seeing around here must be the large ones. I'll have to check around other places.
I'l call my mom tomorrow and find out what size it is...I think I remember her saying it was like 1.7oz or something like that, the other one is like 2-3oz but i am not 100% sure...I'll call her tomorrow and then let you know
