Good Sunday morning. I see it's starting as slow today as it was almost all day yesterday.

I have to work at home today. I have a project I've been assigned to that I haven't touched for weeks because of "fighting fires" at work all of the time. My boss suggested one day at home on the weekend with no phone calls, no emails, no interruptions since no one else will be working. MY husband is at work all day today, so hopefully, I can get something accomplished.

Have a great OP day. Be careful those of you in the east as the rain we had all day yesterday looks like it's packing a punch for you further north.

FIVE POUNDS!

Me: *gets on scale* la la la la la.
*looks down* WHAT?! No way!
*get off scale & gets back on* HOLY CRAP!

GOODBYE 240'S! muahaha!

That means in almost 6 weeks on IP I've lost 20.5lbs!
Average: 3.42lbs!

We had a wonderful dinner last night for our anniversary. Fliet mignon, salad and veggies. A great way to celebrate our first wedding anniversary.

Mtnsun - I am glad you had a wonderful OP dinner. I didn't realize it was your first anniversary. Wishing you many many more anniversaries.

I made the kohlrabi fries to eat with my steak last night. They were overdone but still good. I will make again at a lower temp and shorter time. I bought kale and will be trying the chips tomorrow.

We have to be out most of the day to move our son from his apart. Taking a bar and a RTD drink with me along with a salad and a gallon of water.

So happy tomorrow is a holiday. Then my first WI is Tuesday.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend!

Just want to say Good Morning to everyone! Hoping the weather in the South is better today. Our forecast at the beginning of the week was saying that a snowstorm was heading our way from the West coast.... well, sounds like it is fizzing out. Bummer! We haven't had one yet this year. We have only had about a foot of snow all winter. Not like last year where it seemed like it snowed every other day. I guess I shouldn't complain as most of our winter has felt like Spring. But, we do need moisture.

Also I have to share a NSV that I had yesterday.
I put on some "old" jeans that were 26's [I'm now in a 20] & they were tight back in December! I could put them on OVER my jeans and they were STILL falling off!

I am looking forward to just getting out of my size 26 (not loosing inches as fast as you seem to be). I put on a pair of size 24 this morning. I can wear them, but not as comfortably as I'd like. I couldn't zip them in December. My inch loss always seem to be slower for me than most. I'll take what I can get though.

Hey! I just started the Ideal Protein Diet.. Day 7 today! Yesterday was so hard! I wasn't hungry but I had cravings for EVERYTHING!!! I didn't eat anything but it was sooooo hard.. I felt like giving up!! Anyone else experience this? Does it go away?? I also hateee the soups and I wasn't sure what to get because I didn't try anything so I purchased the drink mixes for breakfast.. also hate those!! When I go back, I'm going to try the vanilla and chocolate shakes for both breakfast and lunch! You all seem to be doing GREAT! Congratulations! I hope I can do it too! ... I just found this site today! I was wondering how you get the measurement thing.. that shows your weight loss and goal? Any help is appreciated!
