My boss suggested one day at home on the weekend with no phone calls, no emails, no interruptions since no one else will be working. MY husband is at work all day today, so hopefully, I can get something accomplished.

Have a great OP day. Be careful those of you in the east as the rain we had all day yesterday looks like it's packing a punch for you further north.
I hear you on the no phone calls or emails. I work at home managing 4 coach buses for one of the casino's here and I have not had a day where I can turn my phone off or not answer email's ....HR got wind of it and told me I had to turn my phone OFF for 2 days a week....I laughed at her and said who will do it if I don't??...she said train someone...i was like OK...(thinking..yea right) I have time "off" in between runs so its all works out. Hope you get some work done today!

*get off scale & gets back on* HOLY CRAP!

GOODBYE 240'S! muahaha!

That means in almost 6 weeks on IP I've lost 20.5lbs!
Average: 3.42lbs!
WHOOP WHOOP!!!....you go girl...SOOOOO proud of you for sticking to it....I am going to catch up with you....ONE DAY!....hahaha

The weather here is better than yesterday, still cloudy but not raining so that is a good thing. I hope those of you waiting for snow don't get it too bad and stay safe.

I felt like giving up!! Anyone else experience this? Does it go away?? I also hateee the soups and I wasn't sure what to get because I didn't try anything so I purchased the drink mixes for breakfast.. also hate those!! When I go back, I'm going to try the vanilla and chocolate shakes for both breakfast and lunch! You all seem to be doing GREAT! Congratulations! I hope I can do it too! ... I just found this site today! I was wondering how you get the measurement thing.. that shows your weight loss and goal? Any help is appreciated!
I too went thru this! It IS hard! Make sure to get some pudding mix, I love them all. I make the muffins alot! Cures my craving for cake! There are lots of way to mix this up and make it work for you. I am starting my 4th week and I must say the cravings do go away. Once you seen the scale you will realize it's all worth it. So far I have lost 15lbs and 18 inches. I do get discouraged when I see all the big numbers lost here, BUT I staop and think 15lbs really? 3 Weeks REALLY! Don't give up! You are so worth it! Love and peace!

Deer Meat is very lean, and if cooked right is just like beef! My husband is a hunter so we eat lots of wild game! Deer, rabbit, turkey, and squirrel. I cook alot in the crock pot, and pressure cooker! I made my soup with turnips, meat, and some tomatos ( not too much) the tomatos are from our garden, I also can beans, corn, peppers etc> Nice to have fresh veggies!
