First weigh in this morning.....(already texted my buddy wuv2, she gave me a pep talk) my coach was (or at least acted really surprised/happy)....Lost 4.5 lbs and 3" (Chest-1", Waist-1", Hips-1", Arm- 1/4",and Thigh 1/4"). She said since I have alot of muscle, I will see more inch than lb loss (I used to run 4 miles a day 6-7 days a week!!) So it was a successful WI

I told my coach this morning and she wrote it down and said she is going to suggest blogging and this site to others. I REALLY need you guys, and read EVERY post on this and the daily thread. I dread going back to school a week from Monday, I won't be able to read/check in until late afternoon YOu guys give me motivation and strength!!!

So just as I am in the 3rd day since my last slip up, 99% sure I am in ketosis again I made the kids lunch. PBJ per their request. I ate PB. Again. I was starving when we got in the door and instead of grabbing a bar (i got them yesterday) to help me get through the lunch-making process, I was licking the knife as I made the food and it gave way to a spoon. Anyway, it wasn't pretty. I threw out the jar. Clearly this is my albatross. Begone with it. The kids can be PB free for a few more weeks until I am done with IP.

Congrats Scofflaw - I hope I can follow in your foot steps. I don't know why I'm so nervous that this just won't work for me.

Cherbe, why do you think you are so worried, are you happy/okay with the diet so far....It is a boot camp style diet, meaning, you have to be willing to give up a lot. I just keep thinking of why I committed and not to give up, ANY diet is hard. Last I checked there is not one I can eat flammin' hot cheetos, baby ruths, bologna sandwhiches and pizza on.....if anyone hears of one that works like that though...let me know. HHAHAHAHAHAHA, that one is a joke.....

ha - no, I don't think those diets exist. I am actually having little to no problems with the diet. Headaches a little. Not too much hunger at all. Zero problems saying no to things. I have been 100% OP for 4 1/2 days and know that I'll remain 100% OP until my first 19 days are up and I'm going on a trip. I'm nervous because it hasn't been hard, because I have yo-yo dieted more than I would like to admit and what if my body just doesn't want to give up weight, I'm nervous because I really want this and only my actions are in my control - not my weight loss. I don't like not knowing. I don't like not losing weight every day. I'm apparently VERY high maintenance this week - ha!

Had my first lettuce stir fry with bell peppers, garlic, and tamari. Delicious!

What is your weigh in day? My coach told me NOT to weigh in at home b/c it puts you on that emotional roller coaster, so I have committed to that, sounds like that may be better for you to, b/c you aren't struggling w/the diet. If you have yo-yo, like me, then you should feel good about the results and congrats to staying OP!!! OK, so you are high maintainance today, tomorrow may be me....that is why I LOVE these threads!!

Thanks JoseyM - WI is Monday/Tuesday morning - I pick - because I only had a half day monday. I know I should get on the scale less - because it is stressing me out - but I can't help the numbers.

Thanks for letting me be high maintenance!

So very very looking forward to PB2 Myself! I am now just kicking myself. Again. Seriously, why in the WORLD do we do stupid things WHILE we KNOW they are stupid. With each little taste, I was like "you are going to regret it" but it didn't stop me . . .
