I've been eating only non restricted and seem to get *almost* all my veggies in...maybe not as much lettuce. Hate to ask..but i am backed up the last 2 days..could that be the reason. How can i overcome that? I do have CALM and have started taking it once a day.

I think my first 3 weeks were 6,3,6. After that, 2 or 3 lbs per week with an occasional 4 (usually after TOM), and a couple of weeks it was just one lb. Not everyone has a big loss the first week, but either way, a 3 pound per week average is typical, which is what mine worked out to.
I did have problems with 'C' as well, and just took whatever I had to to deal with it. calm is a good choice, also vit. C, sea salt water flush if you're desperate.
Advice? It was really hard for the first couple of weeks, but by the end of week 3, I had lost 17 pounds, and I really knew it was going to work FOR ME. After that, it wasnt really fun, but it got easier to keep at it. Check in here often - there's so much help & encouragement here!
