    Don't be. Everyone is different, and 3.5 pounds in a week is good progress. I lost around that much my first week. Keep it up!

  • I started the program in 2007. I did it for 5 months and lost 55 lbs. I slowly regained some of the weight since then, and I've been on IP for 1 week now and 6.7 lbs down.
  • 4 weeks and 16 pounds. WI #5 tomorrow...I hope to be at 20 pounds!

  • I started on March 14th, 2011, and my results are posted in my signature below.
  • my update: 20 weeks and 70 lbs!
  • On my previous post on this thread (4-21-11) I was 10 weeks and 33 lbs AVG 3.3 lbs/wk. Now I am 15 weeks and 46 lbs AVG 3.07 lbs/wk.

    It's fun to see how far we have all come!
  • Been on IP for 2 1/2 weeks, Week 1 lost 6 lbs and Week 2 1/2 lost 1 lbs.

    My coach said that focus shouldnt just be on pounds lost as Lock mentioned above but also how you feel about your body and how your clothes fit and also inches lost.

    Is this true?
  • Tuesday was my 1st weigh in, after a week I had lost 6lbs and inches too!
  • Update: 6 weeks - 21 pounds!
    I am not losing as fast as most, but I'm losing!
