I have been on this diet for 19 days and have lost 20lbs so far

At my 7 week weigh in last week, I was down 31 total

13 weeks and almost 70 lbs

that is wonderful! i can only hope i do so well!

4 weeks and 11 lbs

29.5 weeks & a total loss of about 77.4lbs. The diet really works, I am always asstounded at my new numbers for the week. After years of trying to wokr it off at the gym, this seems easy.

After 8 weeks 36lbs down. It gives you a great boost of confidence when you continue to see the numbers go down... even if it is just 1 or 2 lbs a week.

Week 9 about 26.5 lbs lost, but with this diet its not just lbs, its how your shape seems to change so fast. Inches come off fast when the scale seems to slow down a bit.

In 13 weeks I have lost 25 lbs. I'm pretty happy about that ! :)

7 weeks & 22 lbs!

23 weeks, 88 lbs.

30 weeks, 101 lbs

15 pounds in 3 weeks!! I still can't believe it. :D

i weighed this morning and today is day 4 and i am down 6 lbs. can this be right?
