I've been searching for the Peach bread pudding but haven't been able to find it. Could someone direct me to it please? I love peaches!
It's on page 4 of this thread, about 1/2 way down. It was the first thing I tried when I went on a temp phase off last fall, just after my brother came to visit me with a box of fresh peaches. It was amazing!!!

Hey LizRR - question for you on the Peach bread pudding - Your recipe uses 2 slices of bread, but I found a loaf of Pepperidge Farm Light, extra fiber wheat bread that is packaged 3 slices to a serving. I ran the numbers through MFP and here's how it changes the nutritional makeup (based on the ingredients I have available to me):
Original
448 calories
10g fat
50g carb (44g net)
38g protein
1 extra bread slice:
488 calories
11g fat
58g carb (50g net)
40g protein
Both still fall within the guidelines, but I didn't know if you thought the extra slice of bread might make the dish too dry. Going to make it as you wrote it tonight but thought I'd ask!
I think it would be okay with another slice of bread, there is a good custardy base to it.
3 oz. softened FF cream cheese
2 eggs (could use EB)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbs WF pancake syrup
1/4 cup SF pancake mix
Beat eggs and add cream cheese until free of lumps. Beat in cinnamon and syrup. Add pancake mix and blend til smooth. Cook on medium heat. It made two big pancakes.
I topped with 1 cup of thawed frozen raspberries mixed with WF strawberry syrup and sprinkled 1/8 cup of Bear naked vanilla almond granola for a little extra carbs. And the second one I put a Tbs of SF cool whip on top!
434 calories, 40 carbs, 13 g. Fat and 38 g. protein.
I am having the HARDEST time finding fat free cream cheese!!! I checked my local supermarket, one of the big chain markets, and Wal mart. No luck! I'm adjusting the recipes to use the light cream cheese that I could find, but I've definitely gone a wee bit over on fat because of it.
I WAS super excited to order the SF pancake mix and the calorie free brown sugar from Netrition! Couldn't find those anywhere local either but at least I could get them online
I loved my first phase 3 breakfast so much that I haven't been able to think about changing!
6 oz fat free fage greek yogurt
1/3 cup Alpen muesli
1 c. mixed berries
1/2 100 cal whole grain english muffin with almond butter
It is so easy, quick and good. The breakfast came from this thread. I have wanted to branch out and cook something, but haven't gotten around to it.
I had to throw together a quick breakfast yesterday so here's what I ended up doing:
2 eggs + 1/2 cup egg whites omelet with 1 cup sauteed spinach and seasonings
2 slices Pepperidge Farm Light Extra Fiber bread, toasted and topped with 1 Tbsp light cream cheese and 1/4 cup thawed frozen raspberries per slice
389 calories
33g protein
15g fat
33g carbs (23g net carbs)
I have been making my EB eggs with sweet peppers and some broccoli with a little salsa on top. The ff cream cheese comes in the blocks or tubs in my stores (Philadelphia). The light cream cheese would work in my recipe by subbing the eggs for EB.

I really like Bear Naked vanilla almond granola on top my yogurt and berries.
I made some tasty cookies this afternoon. I'm on P4, but you could use these for breakfast.
One ripe banana mashed, 1/2 cup quick oats, 1 Tbs PB2, touch of vanilla and cinnamon and 1 Tbs mini semi sweet chocolate chips. Made 6 cookies baked at 350 12 minutes. Original recipe only used banana and oatmeal. Each cookie has 53.8 cal, 1.3 g fat and 10.1 g carbs. says MFP.

I was going to message you on MFP about the cookies, Scorbett because I thought you might like! Found it on pinterest. I ate 3 today for a snack with swiss miss diet hot chocolate!
SO this morning for breakfast I tried LizRR's Baked french toast recipe, but instead of apricots I used frozen blueberries (and WF blueberry spread mixed with the light cream cheese for the topping)....O. M. G. I think it's my new favorite breakfast Can't wait to try it out with strawberries, peaches, raspberries.....
I'm playing around with some recipes for homemade low carb baking mix - I ordered a box of the Maple Grove SF pancake mix from Netrition, but man that's a small box for the money! If I come up with something that works, I will definitely post it here!

Okay, so for the time-challenged, cooking-challenged among us (i.e., me!) is there a way I could incorporate a Weight Watchers Smart Ones - Canadian Bacon Breakfast Sandwich into a P3 breakfast by adding yogurt and fruit? It has 27g C (25 net), 6g F, 13g P and 210 calories. Thoughts on what to add if this is feasible? TIA!!
