my secret weapon turned out to be skirts with an elastic waist band...it allowed me to still pull it together and look professional without having to buy so many new clothes. One black one and one brown one.

Not a huge difference yet, but I like what's happening. Started IP 12/27/10 at 257 in a 24/3x. Today, 2/7/11 at 232, size 18/20 and 1x in button-downs (thank you, boobs), or XL in t-shirts. Even the mudflap thing is shrinking, and I was so worried it wouldn't! Bra has gone from a 44F to a 38 DDD. Underwear from a 9 to a 7!

Hi,

I started my journey on 08/21/10 until 11/27/10 and went on phase 4 until 12/29/10. I have been on phase 1 again up to this point and have lost 73lbs to date. I am 5'8 and my start weight was 294lbs a size 30w. Right now I weigh 222lbs and am wearing a size 18-16. I am going to keep going until I am done! Just another 40-50lbs!!

All of your stories have been very inspiring. You should all be so proud of your weight loss accomplishments so far. I am just starting the program, one week down and 10 lb loss. I started at 248...sooo close to that 250 horror mark that I was at 3 years ago when I gave birth to my youngest daughter. I had loss about 65 lbs after pregnancy and never though I would creap back up to that weight again, even thou I vowed to not go near those 200's again.
Anyway, I'm about 5'8" or 5'7" (think I'm shrinking in height, lol) and I started out, 248, in a size 20 and 1X or sometimes 2X and wear a 40DDD. I hope to be shopping in the back of my closet real soon for some of my old 14 size jeans I loved. Good luck to everyone! Size matter's, lol

A few weeks before starting IP I was 296 lbs at 5'11". I wore snug fitting size 42 jeans and XXLT shirts. I could hardly keep the shirts tucked in and it was getting frustrating. I even had a few XXXL shirts! I started IP at 289 and to think I wrestled in HS at 189 or 215.

6 weeks into the program, I can now wear size 36 jeans comfortably and XXLT's shirt are rather big on me. I can wear XL tshirts with out looking like a fat guy in a little shirt. Currently 250 lbs!

Feels great.

I'm thrilled to be fitting into a size 6 again! I didn't think I would ever again! Doesn't it feel great to shrink? I'm selling all my 10s and most of my 8s on ebay so that i can buy new clothes this summer with my proceeds. I've also bought stuff on ebay and secondhand to get me through the size changes. Down from a DD bra to a D- thank goodness. Talk about a weight off my shoulders. haha.

I started out 8 weeks ago at a size 26/28 dress, and tops, and bottoms were 22/24 and I weighed 276. Alot of weight for a chick that is only 5' 1". After 8 weeks being on this plan I am down to a 16/18 pants depending on cut. I am 18 in a dress and 1x or 18/20 in a shirt. So crazy! My bra size has gone down too! was a 46DDD right now a 42DD. Still looking forward to see more sizes coming down!

Aug I was in a tight 18 dress pants..... at 220. Now at 166-167 I am in a very comfortable 12. Funny thing is, at this weight in this size of pants... I could not fit a 12 before at THIS weight. I was 150 to fit into a 12. BUT I have read a lot of entries on this site saying we lose weight differently on this plan. We lose fat...vs muscle. So i can only imagine what size i will then wear at an IP weight of 150 this time round.

i like this thread because it is very interesting for me to see what sizes people are at different weights. everyone's bodies vary so much, and everyone seems to be losing weight from different areas. i have lost most of my weight from my torso and hips. my legs and arms need to catch up soon!! i started in a size 18, and i am now in a 14. all of the other times at 200 lbs i was wearing a 16. i am quickly moving towards a 12 (if my legs would just get a bit smaller!!), and i figure i should be wearing a 12 comfortably in about 3ish weeks. i have recently bought a pair of jeans in both a 12 and a 10. i try these on once a week. it gives me something to work towards, plus it's pretty fun to see them fitting better and better each time (it's a great way to realize your progress!).
