As far as your "slip", don't sweat it. Did you have your 1 ounce of skim milk today with coffee? If not, you can have that piece of cheese instead.

At least that's what I've read on here. I personally need my 1 ounce of skim milk in my morning coffee. Oh how I love coffee.
Just get back on the wagon and stick to the plan. We're all in this together.
I was at the chiropractor today and they asked me if I wanted to weigh-in and I said no. My weigh-in is on Wednesday so I'm waiting until then. I am curious since I don't have a scale at home but I can wait. I hope I lose 2 pounds (please, just 2 pounds!) so I can get on the Phase 2 train. That's my mini-goal for Wednesday.
