I started an alternative IP program yesterday. I'm trying to find an alternative pudding packet that contains splenda and not fructose. Any suggestions? I have looked at the threads and the pdf files from other online companies--sorry if I overlooked the answer to this question.

check Lindora.com, newlifestylesdiet.com, and nashuanutrition.com

I know they all use multiple sweeteners in the puddings. I don't know of any one that is just sucralose/splenda. Although on these sites, you may be able to find a pudding that doesn't use fructose.

Hello everyone, I've been using EAS AdvantEdge products so I updated the spreadsheet with the prices I paid just last night stocking up I love the taste. The ready-to-drink is almost reminiscent of Slimfast, but without the chalkiness and a whole lot less calories and carbs haha. I will fill in more information from the package this evening or tomorrow morning.

I totally agree! I forget to drink my shakes on time! And I'm starting to worry that I'm not getting enough calories/carbs a day lol. I'm curious, does anyone track how many calories they eat a day? That was my downfall in past attempts at low-carb-type diets. I heard "Don't have to count calories anymore" and definitely took advantage of that :P

my fitness pal dot com is what I use to track my food and water consumption. It is a free program that will sync with android based cell phones, but most importantly you can input everything from your PC (easier to type).

Anyway I love this program. I forgot to mention that it also tracks your weight and measurements (if you choose to enter)

For some reason the site when you type it altogether shows up as asterisks. Put the first line above together or search on google for the website.

for those of you who order from newlifestylediet.com, they have a $35 off a $200 order coupon code, good through Dec 31.

"Add $200 or more worth of products (including our already discounted 4, and 8 Week Programs) and save $35 off the price of your order when using the coupon code: dec2010
Offer Expires: 12/31/10
Not applicable to CA state sales tax or the cost of shipping.

Available once to each household and can be shared with any friends."

thanks to a recent post from eatants about cybermonday discounts , I ordered newlifestyles ready-to-drink, which I have been told are identical to IP RTD. These are going to help me in maintenance (I started Phase 3 this morning!)

Thank you ladyvrod. But it seems that some websites are blocked and others are not. Weird!

Hello, I've also put an order with Nashua but still didn't receive anything and it's been more than 3 weeks. Does anyone know how long does it take to receive these products? Im in Canada.

I placed an order with Lindora on 11/26/10 and received it today. They were running a 40% off sale. I decided to buy a 3 months supply of my favorite items. At an avg of 3 boxes a week ($84) that is $336 a month. So I did some searching and found some Lindora items that were very similar to IP. 3 month supply from Lindora - $415.61 with shipping. Avg cost $1.18 a pack.

WELL I got my order today and one of my favorite IP items is the caramel nut bar. I wanted to save one from IP to compare to Lindora. Once you unbox the 7 bars - they are in the exact same white package as the IP ones. Even down to the numbers that are printed on the bar's packaging. To say I was shocked is an understatement! IP $4, Lindora $1.18 umm how to decide

Lindora is advertising a 25% sale good until December 5th.

I probably did mess up someone else's order!! I got 50 boxes. Now I know that sounds a little extreme - but I was going to be spending $336 a month anyway. Now I am set and will not have to venture out in bad weather for WI's. I am going to weigh and measure myself on Sunday morning. Yes I have mentioned my fitness pal dot com before - but, I keep track of everything I eat on there. The site syncs with my android phone and lists most food from IP, Lindora, & Nashua. And if it is not there you can add a food. Heck it will even let you enter a recipe and it will figure out how many calories/fat/carbs/protein per serving. I that program.

You should have received an email from them when your order shipped with a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number and you can see where your order is.

These look yummy, but you might want to move this to the recipe thread!
