I've been doing IP with alternative products for a week now and I lost 5 pounds.
That is great! I lost 5.4 my first week on IP products, so your results are right with mine. I also moved to Phase 2 after about a month because I felt better with 'real' food. Do you have an accountability buddy doing this with you? My sister and I are doing this together and it has been great to have that support system.
I have read all the posts and I am having a hard time finding which Lindora vanilla shake is similar to IP. I also can't seem to find which shake on Lindora is a RTD kind. Am I blind or just not with it today?? Any pointers?

The ready to drinks are premixed in a small container kind of like a "juice box". I haven't ever ordered them so, someone else will have to share more.

My aunt did a diet last year that is similar to IP. She sent me a link to where she bought her food b/c she saw my IP food and said it was exactly the same. After a little research some of the food is exactly the same as IP, others are more like Lindora's food.
The site is Nashuanutrition.com. Check the food under the Proti-Thin and ProtiDiet sections. They even have chocolate covered soy puffs.

Lindora used to have the shakes on their site but removed them last month. New Lifestyles is the only place that has them right now that I can find.

I use livestrong/myplate -- its great, and it has the ideal protein foods already in it (most of them). It has an iPhone app, which I bought and use. I love it -- but I know others here have equally enjoyed MyFitDay -- and you can link it to your 3FC profile so others can see your meals.
