I must have missed this when it was mentioned before, but it sounds delicious! Is the flavoring DaVinci syrups or something similar? Are you adding it to the pre-made shake or the "BIG pudding shake?" (I love that name)

Hey sparkles123, if you think it would be helpful for you, you could post your reward program here (or whatever parts you feel comfortable posting) and we could support you with it.

I am adding it to the pre-made vanilla shake. You can find it in the regular supermarket near the vanilla flavoring, almond flavoring, etc. I also have the raspberry flavoring.

Today I added Diet Hansen's dark cherry soda to the premade vanilla shake.
Mmmm, that was my "late lunch" today and kept me satisfied until late evening.

Well, y'all, I broke down and went to see a doctor this evening at the after hours clinic (a nice service provided by my primary care M.D.)

I have pneumonia! I started Zithromax 500mg right away and should start feeling better in a day or two.

Right now I feel like Wiley Coyote just after a boulder gets dropped on him.

I think I'm ready to go to bed.

So I was down 2lbs for my weigh in. I'm actually happy with that because I had a bad week of "slips". It was my birthday and I was taken out for dinner a couple times and had breakfast bought for me. Also had a couple drinking nights in there. Glad I didn't gain anything .

I bought some EAS AdVANTAGE carb control shakes from CVS. 4 premade vanilla for $11.00. I had one at 7 when I first got to work this morning and I'm still full. They are 11 oz. as opposed to the IP and LIndora 8 oz., so maybe that's why. They weren't bad.
Walmart has 4pk for $5 on the EAS shakes. Not sure if you tried the chocolate yet, but it tastes like yoo-hoo when it is nice and cold.

Default Net Carbs

I am getting a better grasp by the day of just how the IP program works and how there are other viable options out there as good once you understand the labels.

Question: The Mysoplex major difference is that they have fiber but that is subtracted from the total carbs. Is there any scientific basis why the IP stuff has little fiber while other brands do?

Someone brought this article into the pharmacy yesterday. It's about the current changes in standards regarding cholesterol, and I think it's pretty well written.

Red face Last day before Disney...

Well... didn't meet my 150# goal this time around! I got stucked at 158-160# after a business lunch last week. (Couldn't say no to a duck leg and fixings after all those IP weeks!) I don't plan staying on the plan while in Orlando but should still eat 1 IP bar a day because we only have 2 full course meals with the dining plan we bought.

Therefore, I commit to all of you that I will get back on IP on March 8th, eating Phase 1 non-restricted packets as long as I don't meet my 140# goal! No cheating allowed this time!!

Hope all of you have a wonderfull weight loss week! Take off scheduled by 7:15AM tomorrow and I still have to pack for the whole family...

Have fun in Orlando! We'll be here waiting to hear all about it when you get back. I love the Epcot Center!

Thanks, Ogdog! At least I have a name to call this awful fatigue that has set in. The doctor said to rest and drink plenty of liquids. I feel like a blob (I'm usually a high energy person, not hyper but I can get a lot done in one day.)

I will truly appreciate the return of my normal energy and being able to to go the gym to start working on aerobics and muscle tone.

I want to take some Spring pictures to post on here!

Thanks, Ottawa. I thought I was tired out from watching the Olympics (LOL.)
This knocked the oomph out of me and I am basically a couch potato now.
BTW, Canada looks so beautiful. We are lucky to have you as neighbors and Olympic hosts.
