Hi everyone, I'm new to the Forum. I bought the Michael Thermond diet about 2 years ago and my husband Allen lost about 50 pounds and I lost 35 pounds. We went off and were not watching and keeping track and put it back on. We sold the plan for a ridiculously low price and wish we never did. We want to start back and wonder if anyone has a Type B plan for a male and female plan?

Default I'm back!!

Hello all,

I haven't been around for a while. I am restarting on Monday, December 14th and I hope that I can share this journey with you all.

The 6wbmo programs really works eventhough it is a bit restrictive.

I just turned 40 a few weeks ago and I want to be the healthy fit person that I know is inside. I have 50 lbs to lose, whose with me???

Default Who's going to join me.....

I went through all of my materials and I am ready to go on Monday. I have been making small changes already, like watching my salt and sugar intake. Still working on trying to get all the water down.

I know that I can do this and if you have this program, you can too.

I've prepared my proteins and carbs for the week and I will add either salad or steamed veggies to go with it for lunch and dinner.

Eventhough, I have done this program before, I am excited to start it again. It may seem a little crazy to start even before the holidays, but I cannot continue to put off getting healthy. So I think the time to start is now!

Default Off to a pretty good start!

Well, It's official, I have restarted.

I have had breakfast, my mid-morning snack and about 40 ounces of water. I think I am off to a decent start. Not sure what I will be having for lunch, but I am getting a little hungry.

Taking it one day at a time. I know I can do this!

Day 2, so far so good. Just a little tired, had a really trying day at work.

I got 80 ounces down, so I am getting close to that 100 oz. mark.

Have a great evening!

This really is a great program. We all know that it works, you just have to work it.

You have to prepare some things in advance to make sure that you always have what you need in reach.

Let's support one another to get to our goals.

I really like the Chili recipe that comes with the kit, but you can also check their site for recipes. Many of them are really tasty. I would not suggest buying the cookbook, because the site itself is such a great source.

I did however purchase the supplements, not the fat fighters but the others. I don't notice a difference just yet, but I have only been taking them for 2 days. They are sort of expensive, so if I don't notice anything in the next 30 days, I will not be reordering.

Have a great evening!
Do you know the calorie count for the chilie

Question is anyone out there?

If anyone is doing the 6 week body makeover, I'd love to start a support group. I just ordered mine and they told me that it should be here by next week. I have over 160 lbs to lose and could really use the support. thanks.
