YES, and the line should be MIND YOUR BUSINESS...I do get the whole support group. I do, that's why I'm here but I much rather have "suggestions" on something your doing that's working great for you and once in a while say...hey have you cheated and when I say, "yup, I had 4 Oreo cookies" you say..."Ohhhhh man, did you enjoy them? I want pasta with chicken so bad. But I haven't cheated since I started so I don't wanna ruin it! Plus I had a dream last night that I ate a slice of pizza and gained 100 lbs- realistic no.. Enough to make me afraid of food, yes!

I want EVERYTHING and it's my first day. Mainly Puerto Rican food...but yes, I want everything. I should have started on veggies, ohh well. I'm still doing milk today even though I had a few cookies.

3FC is more my place/home but I would I wanna put myself out there just in case I ever have a question and need the "Guru" to answer it. You, Kerri, Coco, Grace and I are pretty much newbies. I can tell you I like this part of town...but I might need "suggestions" when I plateau.

Hahaha! I'm doing good today, I keep responding from my iPhone so it won't let me reply to who I want! But I just went for a 3 mile walk and my legs are pulsing! and now my boyfriend is eating Swedish meatballs with noodles and gravy and I'm eating jello.... god! I want real food haha.

question for everyone, i know that we're allowed to have walden farms products do you guys think we can have the walden farms salad dressings?

Also does anyone have any interesting ideas for how to spice up veggie days!

Never done p90x, but I have some friends who have. They liked it, but one of them told me that there was another, cheaper option. Similar plan, similar style, just as good, but cheaper. If I can figure out what it's called, I'll let you know.
Totally agree with you on the website. It would be such a cheap update for them to do... hire a web developer or designer. Make a few tweaks and you're done. I think it would also help them look more "professional". By that, I mean that when I have friends who ask about the diet, I send them to the website. Some have been turned off or think that it's a sham, just looking at the site.
Thanks for posting the do's and don'ts. It'll be much easier for me to just log-in here than file thru papers.
