I had a veggie burger (Aldi's California veggie - VERY impressive and made with 10 veggies and oats) on a bagel thin with laughing cow, roasted peppers, spinach, and sliced pickle.

Egg white scrambled with lots of bell pepper, onion, tomato. Home fries on the side along with avocado, lots of hot sauce, and some ketchup.

2 organic eggs cooked in 1 tsp of organic coconut oil plus half an organic bell pepper, and some regular onion cooked in olive oil. 300 calories! it was yummy. plus a cup of green tea

KIND almond coconut bar and a couple hours later a piece of gf toast with some chocolate spread(...and a pinch of sprinkles. I wanted cake so made a healthy version! lol).

I'm still hungry and seriously craving a hard boiled egg. I need to start keeping them on hand again!

Today I had 2 organic eggs cooked in 1 tsp organic coconut oil, with 1/2 a tomato and the juice of half a lemon. 200 calories! salt pepper. plus 2 cups of water and 2 cups of green tea.
