1 small slice of low sugar, low cal. Blueberry bread. like 1/2 of a muffin. 3 rice cakes and 2 over easy steamed eggs 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on one of the rice cakes. 70 105 140 121 436 whoa, more calories than I thought. |
2 slices of low sugar blueberry muffin cake,
1 banana small coffee with creamer 60 |

Sardines. Smoked oysters. Oats with dried fruit and my secret blend of spices.

My fiance brought me breakfast in bed: scrambled eggs with sauteed garlic, tomato, and broccoli with both picamas and sriracha on the side. He knows me so well :)
